The Low Waters Miners Welfare building and adjoining Bowling Club are currently up for sale and the land is being marketed for development. We the undersigned believe the Bowling Club is a vital community asset and are opposed to it's facilities being sold to the highest bidder and then redeveloped.

The Bowling Club has been in existence since 1928 and caters for all. It has an active membership who contribute positively to the surrounding area. It sits within an area of high deprivation and must must be protected.
