We encourage you to sign our letter to the Mayor, City Council, and County declaring that we are against sanctioning homeless encampments in San Jose neighborhoods and along the creek.

The mayor and City Council have plans to leverage Valley Water land that runs along creeks and are within neighborhoods to build tent cities. While we see the necessity to find reasonable land to help our unhoused neighbors, risking our waterways and embedding in neighborhoods is not the answer.
