Early prison release for India Porter! She is currently incarcerated in Michigan Port Huron Correctional Facility and has served 17 years. She's was very young with no guidance and she made some very bad decisions back in the early 2000's which lead her to where she is now. India has blossomed from then until now, she is now an inspiring author of a book and she helps at risk troubled young teens. She wants to get out and make a difference in her community by helping the youth not end up how she did at such a young age. India has a 20 year old son who has been with out his mother for 17 years, her friends and family has seen tremendous improvement from her since she has been incarcerated and very much stand behind her with her movement and trying to get an early release. She has a lot of knowledge and experience to share for those who need guidance, her main goal is to prevent teens and young adults from making the mistakes she made 18 years ago.
