DETR continues to force hundreds of eligible claimants into financial hardship by failing to pay PUA claims. There is currently an active petition that has been gaining almost 60 new signatures each day demanding DETR to #PAYmyPUA

Since March of 2020, DETR has been failing to pay PUA benefits to countless claimants who are still waiting to receive payment with no valid reasonable explanation as to why funds have not been received.

ONGOING ISSUES WITH DETR PUA CLAIMS

1. PUA portal for my claim shows payment issued dates and transaction ID numbers, but no such funds have ever been received. 
2. PUA claim has been in appeal status for months with no movement.
3. The reasons for receiving my disqualification notice do NOT apply to me or my PUA claim.
4. Unable to get through the phones to speak to DETR about my PUA claim.
5. Payment on my PUA claim was returned and re-issued, but I still haven't received it.
6. PUA claim shows no active issues, but I still haven't been paid.
7. PUA claim has been 'escalated' to an adjudicator, but I still haven't been paid.
8. PUA claim still says 'in progress'
9. Received notice of overpayment when no funds have been paid on my PUA claim.
10. PUA claim has finally been paid, but DETR debit card is frozen and I cannot access funds.

We refuse to stay silent while we continue to suffer at the hands of DETR. We are demanding payment on our active, eligible claims. Another investigation needs to take place to find out why hundreds of PUA claims have still not been paid by DETR. We stand together through this petition demanding DETR to #PAYmyPUA
