PIO to OCI conversion process is extremely simple! OCI reissue process should be the same way!

Please see the official instructions on the Consulate General of India's website below (bullet #3 clearly states that only the PIO card and current passport are required for conversion of PIO to OCI!) There is no reason for the government of India for not implementing the same simplicity and ease for the OCI reissue application process.
