Dear Attorney Eddie Arredondo,

We ask that you enforce your animal abuse laws to help rescue a desperate little puppy before it's too late.

Below, is the series of events leading to this Enforcement Petition.

After forwarding this video to County Sheriff Jewett, he stated that the County Prosecutor wasn't interested in investigating or prosecuting this Violent and Aggressive Animal Abuser.

He leaves his dog outside, tangled for days with little food or water, and threatens to shoot anyone that tries to help HIS puppy.

It's his "property", and he can do whatever he wants with "IT", in his own words, as seen in the attached video.

We gave assistance to this puppy with food and water, and were assaulted and threatened with violence by this individual upon his return home, after his complicit neighbor alerted him to the fact that there were several people at the edge of his property comforting this poor animal.

Starved for care, affection and food, this loving animal should be removed immediately and placed into a safe environment, while pursuing prosecution of the abuser to the fullest extent of the Law.

All we ask is that you do your job and enforce your laws.
