The horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk and the subsequent celebration by many members aligned with the Democratic Party is an appalling episode that exemplifies the dangerous rhetoric being perpetuated by the party. This goes beyond political differences; it speaks to a deep-seated acceptance of violence as a tool of politics, which should never have been an option to begin with. 

The Democratic Party's association with historical hate groups such as the Ku Klux Klan further underscores the need for this designation. Disturbingly, the party has never been held accountable for these connections and the continuous propagation of harmful rhetoric. This must change!

Prominent figures within the Democratic Party, including Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters just to name a few, have been documented calling for action and violence under the guise of political dissent against an elected President who was elected fairly and democratically. This rhetoric is not only irresponsible but is traitorous and un-American. It erodes the foundations of our society and promotes division based on hate. To protect our nation, it is imperative that the Democratic Party be designated as a terrorist organization and a hate group, similar to other entities advocating for systemic violence.

They use intimidation and coercion to influence government policy and threaten the safety of American citizens who are Republican, moderate, or Conservative.

It is crucial for the safety and unity of our country to formally recognize these dangerous behaviors. Designating the Democratic Party as a terrorist organization and a hate group will enable law enforcement agencies to act decisively against those who perpetrate and celebrate violence.
