Deseat Congress, Reset Freedom
The Issue
The time has come for all members of Congress to move on with their lives and vacate their seats in Congress. Collectively, they have failed miserably to honorably, effectively, efficiently, and fiscally serve the needs of the American people. They have been given trillions of dollars in taxpayer wealth and have done nothing to fix any major problem confronting Americans today, be it education, infrastructure, government retirement programs, law and order, etc. The list of your failures is a testimony to their ineptness.
And we Americans are tired of their continuing failure. According to Gallup, less than one in five Americans have a positive approval rating for their performance. It seems to us that their priorities include only three things:
Making sure that the self enrichment of themselves and their family and friends is a priority.
Making sure they win your next election.
Dividing country along political, racial, age, and sexual orientation lines to ensure their first two objectives above are protected.
It seems that nowhere on the list of their priorities is the resolving of problems and making American lives better part of your agenda.
Given all of this, we are calling for all members of Congress to not run for reelection in the fall of 2024, that they retire, or be “deseated.” If they are not up for reelection in 2024, we are calling for their resignation at that time so that we can completely clean house in Congress and start over with people that actually care about America, its citizens and the freedoms as guaranteed by the Constitution.
Brazilian Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva, known as Tiririca the clown in his native country, was twice elected to the Brazilian Congress. His campaign slogan: “It can’t get any worse,” meaning a clown could do a better job than the current set of politicians in his country. That is how Americans feel about Congressional members’ performance, how much worse could it get if hey were all replaced with Americans who might actually put the country as their highest priority rather than themselves?
