"Congress Shall Make No Law Respecting An Establishment Of Religion, Or Prohibiting The Free Exercise Thereof; Or Abridging The Freedom Of Speech, Or Of The Press; Or Of The Right Of The People Peaceably To Assemble, And To Petition The Government For A Redress Of Grievance"

 We The People...Stand.

Who are of African Origin & Ancestry, were Enslaved and Dehumanized and Degraded, Without Mercy, Conscious or Remorse. Converted FromOur Original Mind and Mind Set...by Colonization.

We were Made a Legal Institution in (The Category Of Livestock).

We were Made a Commodity & Product of and for the Economy of the United States of America. 

We were Victimized, Constrained Against Our Will with Inappropriate Confinement and Restraint, With No Respect or Right to Independence, Dignity or Choice. Deprived under Inappropriate Assertion Of Power and Control by Thugs and Heartless, Vicious Evildoers. 

A Heavy Cross To Bear.

If We would have a Question...It Would Be WHY?...but We Do Not have a Question.

Suffering Psychological Abuse, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, & Neglect...Our Cognitive Development Was Arrested by Brutal and Barbaric Force and Imposed into Dormancy Lacking Remembrance Of Who We Originally Were Or Who We Are.

Our Memory and Mindful Attention Were Stunted, in Abusive Captivity, so as to Exist in a Dream-Like State, Oblivious, Unaware of What matters most or What is Happening Around Us. 

The Vile Offensive Brutality of it all...Being Denied a Quality of life that along with our Parents, Ancestors and Relatives, We have had to Gaze at from Afar, and now are seemingly Forever Striving to Achieve Equal Footing, on an Unequal Playing Field.

First being (Retained) in Small and Shabby Shacks on Large and Elaborate Plantations were We served at the Beck and Call of Caucasian (Masters).

Going Forward,...Being Denied Proper Health care, Proper Housing and Being made to live in Enclosed Small Overpopulated Environments...such as Projects: (an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a Particular Aim).

*An aim of Enclosing Us As a People into a Controlled, Depressive and Monitored Environment. An Environment of Impoverishment, that also was Purposely Targeted and Infiltrated by Drugs Sent into our Communities by those who Govern Us...then being Prosecuted and Penalized for having them...Feeding & Maintaining the Prison System.

*An Aim of Cultural Assimilation: (Cultural Assimilation is the Process in which a Minority Group or Culture comes to Resemble a Society's Majority Group or to Assume the Values, Behaviors and Beliefs of another Group whether Fully or Partially).

In Anthropology and Sociology: (Assimilation is a Process whereby Individuals or Groups of differing Ethnic Heritage are Absorbed into the Dominant Culture of a Society)...As such, Assimilation is the Most Extreme Form of Acculturation.

Acculturation: One Group Eliminating or Changing another Groups Culture or Conscious...Thus, Assimilating another Group into Conformity and Obeisance.

(Obeisance is Acknowledgement of, a Deep Bowing or Submission to Another's Superiority, Importance or Will). Often tied to Political Conquest and is Applied as a (Process) of Change...in Another's Beliefs or Traditional Practices.

Obedience is...Complying or made to Comply with Orders or Forceful and Demanding Requests; Submissive to Another's Will, without Protest whether you want to or not.

For those who have lost their lives or have been Incarcerated for the Drugs Funneled into Black Communities and are still Incarcerated, having been used as Pawns for what is now being made Legal to Benefit the Very ones and the Generations of those who Targeted Black People to Pit them against each other, also leading them to Kill Each Other out of the Desperations that We have been Engulfed by.

Also, Being Denied Education & Fair Practices and the Fundamental Rights and Equal Rights as Citizens of The United States Of America.

Also, Suffering Demeaning, Unprecedented Unethical Unconstitutional Racial Bias & Racial Profiling. Also, with Double Standards Across the Board in most situations if not All, Pertaining to Us, Ethically and Especially Foremost in the Judicial Arena, Your Judicial System Disregards Us and is Unfair and Infringes on Our Rights.

Children, Grandchildren, Descendants and Heirs of those Captured, Held against Our Will, Viciously abused, Whipped, Sold, Hung on trees (Lynched). Our Children having to answer to names such as: "PICK-A-NINNY (A Fool or Simpleton). In Merriam Webster Dictionary, a Pick-a-Ninny is also described as a small Black Child. Our Grown Men having to answer to names such as "BOY". (Boy: Boy is used to describe an Immature Male, Adolescent or Child. Our Grown Women being Referred to and having to answer to names such as "GAL" ( "Gal" first appeared as slang in England in the 18th century and originated as a Cockney pronunciation of the word "girl." It was considered not surprisingly, an Abomination by language arbiters of the day. ("Improprieties, commonly called Vulgarisms, [include]...Gal for girl,") (The Columbian Grammar, 1795).

Being Tarred and Feathered and Drug by Horses...Horrified/Terrified by Burning Crosses in the Middle of Night, Helpless to do anything about it. (Cruel, Disturbing & Monstrous), by Men with Hoods over their Faces, who are named "The Klu Klux Klan" (KKK).

The Klu KLux Klan is an American White Supremacist Hate Group whose Primary Targets are African Americans, Native Americans, Jews, Latinos, Catholics, as well as Muslims, Immigrants, Homosexuals and Atheists. 

Klu Klux Klan, are either of two Distinct "United States of America" Hate Organizations that Employed Terror in Pursuit of their (White Supremacist Agenda). One Group was Founded immediately after the Civil War and lasted until the 1870's. The other began in 1915 and has continued to the Present Day and Time.

Men, Women, Children & Babies (Our Young and Our Old) Tormented Horrendously...

Slaughtered, Raped, Tortured, Under Bondage. Suffering at the hands of Caucasian's & European Slave Masters, and led by many Christian Institutions and Protected by Governmental Constitutions and Legislators that Constructed, Designed and Authoritatively Monopolized Laws in This United States Of America. 

None of these have received Justice and Have Died at the Hands of Those Without Conscious or Remorse, Without Mercy or Justice. Many True Stories Hidden, Erased and Hushed, most of which will never be heard of. 

We The African American People of African Origin and Ancestry, We Stand...

We stand...for Those of us who have been Silenced in the Former years of Slavery, The Civil Rights Movement and for Ourselves. Ruthlessly Murdered and Having being Plundered with Cruel and Unjust Morally Wrong Punishment for No Reason, Senselessly.

Verily affecting African American Black People of African Origin and Ancestry, Traumatically, Emotionally, Psychologically, Spiritually, Psychosomatically, and with Brainwashing, Injured and Thwarted Cultural/Identity, Stripped of Dignity...To this very Day and Time from last known date in the Country of The United States Of America, from the 1500's and into this year of 2022-January the 4th.

A Retarded Existence that was Forcefully, Imposed upon us in the land of The United States of America and Abroad with Abusive Techniques, Exploitative Selling Practices, and Chattel Slavery that demanded Involuntary Servitude.

Force... is something Unwelcome or Unfamiliar to be Accepted or Pushed into Place, Coercion or Compulsion, especially with the use or Threat of Violence and Making Someone do something Against Their Will.

Suffering from this Abuse and more in every Form of Strife. Without the Freedom of our God-given-Will or Expression, thus Affecting our Spiritual Calm and Quality of Life and the Pursuit of Happiness.

PTSD, Psychological, Psychosomatic Illness known and unknown Illness's of Internal Distress, Mental Conflict, Stress, Depression, Anxieties, Compulsions, with an ongoing Psychosis of an Instilled Lingering Fear, with Daily Burden Bearing Depression.

Beaten, Tormented, Whipped and Shocked into States of Paralyzing Fear.

Constant Survival Mode Impressed upon us Without any means to Enjoy the Wealth, Comforts or Opportunities that are in our Midst but are Beyond our Reach because of the Color Of Our Skin...Creating a Mental State of Hopelessness.

*The United States Of America Constitution, year 1787 (Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3), Describes Black people of African Ancestry as *Three-fifths 3/5 of a Free Individual Human Being, *Supposedly for the purpose of Determining Us Inadequate to be involved in Congressional Representation, (As if that isn't enough to Highlight the Degradation), but None-the-less this Clause Directly Empowered and Increased the Power of All Slaveholding States.

No matter how it is put, Three Fifths, 3/5 of a Person Individual, or Human-Being is considered Second Class Citizen, Considered Sub-human without Intellect.

Out of the given Bible in every version: Ephesians 6:5  reads "Slaves, Obey your Earthly Masters with Respect and Fear and with Sincerity of Heart, Just As You Would Obey Christ."

Colossians 3:22 reads: "Slaves, in Reverent Fear of God, Submit yourselves to your Masters, Not Only to Those Who Are Good and Considerate, but Also To Those who Are Harsh."

Now,... you can write, rewrite or Interpret these Scriptures however you may, but it is Meant and was Written to Establish Authority and Enforce Obedience and Fearful Servitude into & over the Black Man, Woman and Child as if Almighty God had Exclusively Ordained it.

We were Classified as Stock, (Labor Stock) and between 1858 and 1880 the Market Value of Slaves was Over 100% GDP (Gross Domestic Product).

A Persistent, Ongoing Crucifixion, of the African American Black People of African Origin and Ancestry, Man, Woman and Child.

To be under Rulership and Forced to Participate in Immoral, Unethical, ILLogical States of Affairs, that have been Detrimental to Our Mistreated Relatives, Ancestors, Loved Ones and Our very own Well Being and God Given Right of Dignity, Equality, Freedom and a Human-Beings Right of Peace and/or Happiness.

At Present, We are Striving for the things that have been Given and Passed down, Handed over to Caucasian People, and their Lineage as an Inheritance. 

Slavery was Over The Top Profitable and Directly Responsible for American Prosperity. With Cash Crops of Tobacco, Cotton and Sugar Cane, also with Rum and Coffee alone, America's Southern States became the Economic Engine of the Nation, Creating more Millionaires Per Capita, in the Mississippi River Valley, but not only there of course, but Throughout the Southern States and Abroad.

The European took Advantage of our Ancestors, in Everyway Imaginable to Achieve Millionaire and Billionaire Status, and the Prosperity they Received through the Free Involuntary Labor of African Americans of African Origin and Ancestry, Man, Woman and Child, Has Not Been Assessed as of yet. 

Wealth that has been acquired Phenomenally through Involuntary Forced Free Labor from Our African American Ancestors and Relatives, Man, Woman and Child. 

We The People have Fueled this Nation's Economy--Directly, first with Manual labor, in Industry and Development as well as Domestically, just Outright Slavery. Serving America and Abroad for over 600 or more years. 

A Multitude of Inventions and Innovations have been Taken, Stolen, that Our Ancestors and Relatives have never been Compensated or Recognized for.

In 1641 Massachusetts became the first British Colony among many British Slave Captors to form SLAVERY AS A LEGAL INSTITUTION.

*Inaccurate History says, From the mid 1500's-1518, Our Ancestors and Relatives were first shipped to America, it is Dismissive, Corrupted and Unreliable White-washed History saying: The Middle Passage in 1680 Dawned *The Royal African Company that Transported 5000 African Captives Annually and by the 18th century, 45,000 African Ancestors and Relatives were/was Transported Annually on British Ships. *(The Much More and More Than That) has been Erased or Simply Unrecorded.

The Number Of Lives Lost Exceeds Any Attempted Recorded Statistic. Having Millions of African Ancestors and Relatives Unaccounted for and Forgotten, during a Transatlantic Transport and over many other Oceans and Seas across the Globe.

Africans and Descendants of Africans, Captured, Bound and Held against Our Will and Put into Bondage that was Considered Legal by The Government Of The United States Of America.

*As a matter of Fact as the Digging Continues, it is Beginning to Surface that many of our Ancestors were Somehow, Someway already in America along with the American Indian. These African American Indians, were Captured, Used and Abused as Well.

The United States Of America and The Captors have been Tactical in Erasing, Culture, Memory, Language, Hereditary Practices, Methods of Worship and Devotion. Especially of Our Omnipotent God,..Forbidding Our Ancestors and Beloved Relatives to say the Name They knew as God, & Replacing it with a Name & Image that was Foreign to our Nature.

Our Spirituality was a Way of Life and not a Practice. 

Forbidden to Read, Write, Educate or be Educated in a land that Requires Education, to be able to Function in a way that is Conducive to Exist and Flourish in this Society. 

Serving by Hand and Foot, as Nurturers, Breastfeeders, Cooks, House-Maids, Field-Hands, Cotton Pickers, Waiters, Busboys. Slavery in each and every Capacity.

***No matter the Weather, at the Masters Call, Bid, Whim and Order and in Sun-Sleet-Snow-Rain-Hail,..Creating, Planning, Designing, Monolithic Building Structures and Mansion Plantation Houses.

Building by Bare Hands for the Caucasian to Live, Thrive and Enjoy this Lifetime, Peacefully without a Care...being Served by Our African American Ancestors and Relatives, not as or by any Voluntary Transaction, but For Free.

Their Subsequent Generations are Enjoying & Continuing to Enjoy a Quality of Life that has been Implemented in America as a Standard of Happiness and Freedom and Liberty for all...Made Possible from the Wicked and Abusive, Forced, Free and Involuntary Burdened Labor of The African American People, Our Ancestors and Relatives, Man, Woman and Child.   

*The Constitution, The Pledge of Allegiance and The Declaration of Independence, says what it Should be...but it is Not, until it Applies to every Man, Woman & Child within its Borders, Especially, The Disrespected Descendants of African American Origin.  

Accumulated Wealth has been Distributed and Inherited by the Caucasian Master's  of America's Children and Grandchildren.

Given Complimentary as an Inheritance...off of the Backs, Bodies, Minds, Flesh, that this America was Built, Constructed & Established through... 

We The People Of African American Origin and Ancestry, Man, Woman and Child were Encoded with a Dream of Heaven after leaving Earth, but Only if We were Good, Righteous and Obedient Slaves to The Caucasian Masters, Capriciousness.

...Coding our Minds & Hearts with a Dream of a Heaven in the Sky.

*WHEN WE ONCE KNEW, that Our God is not on the Outside, but Within.

This Soil of The United States of America, WAS MADE RICH & FERTILE, from the Blood, Sweat and Tears of the Aforementioned so-named African American or Black people of African Ancestry, Ancestors, Relatives, Man, Woman and Child.

The Suffrage of Prior Generations & the Literal Exterminations, Slavery and Slaughter, Genocide and "African Holocaust" are Unequaled by any Race, Nation, Creed, Caste or Color.

*Any and Every other race, Allowed or Brought into and to the Attention of the USA. The United States of America has been a Refuge to, in More ways than One.

***Even those who have Suffered at the hands of other Countries, some of whom the USA has Raged War or Threatened War, against on their behalf.

These, Also being Coddled in this Country, being given Automatic Stipends, Compensations, Reparations & Amended Tax Laws, for what other Countries and Systems have done to them, not the United States of America has done to them, but Other Nations and Countries.

With asked for Laws being Passed on their Behalf Immediately without Waiting, Begging, Pleading, Marching or Voting. No Tarrying whatsoever for the Justice, Liberty, Well-Being, Peace and Protection of Everyone else *but the Black People of African Ancestry in America. 

Unjustness, Stemming from being Outcast, Second/Third Class Citizens and Treated in a way that exemplifies and has been made to feel, what is Clearly Considered as Less than any Animal that walks upon this earth.

Laws, Amendments, Clauses, Fine Print, in the United States Constitution and it's other Governing Ruling Factors of Legislative Features,...Excludes those that it Relentlessly, Silently in a Subtle way, Maintain, in a Fashion to Control.

Mental Stress and Trauma. Post Traumatic Syndrome throughout Our Generations, Stemming from the 1500's. If you are Black in America or Born Black in America, you have or are Suffering by Some Type of Emotional, Psychological, Spiritual Trauma and Governed Rule of Abuse and Dismissive Neglect.

Again...To this Nation that has Maintained Governing Rulership of our Bodies, Minds, States of Mind & Provoking Emotional Distress, Suppressing our Innate Will and Refusing Us Liberty and Justice.

We have Suffered under the Captivity, Rulership, Governing Factors, Rules & Regulations, that have been Presented as Laws and Writs of Contracts, which have been Orchestrated and Manipulated to Benefit the European Race and People, Their Society, Their Ancestry and Purposely Formulated and Designed, to Not Ever Be of Benefit To/For, Those Of Us Who Are The Children and Heirs, of Those Who have Built and Nourished this Nation from the Dust with Sweated Brow & Bare Hands.

We were Driven like Animals.

Now...To Our African American Ancestors & Relatives...if it were not for You, America would not have Thrived as a Nation or as a Nation in Manufacturing, Real-estate Construction, Intellectual properties, Architecture, Textiles and Commerce and in every imagined Field of Wealth that has been Flaunted before us.

Also a World Economic Powerhouse, The United States of America is the Worlds Largest Economy, with the largest Nominal GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in the world, Valued at more than 22.79 Trillion. On the Forefront in Technological Advances, Artificial Intelligence, Computers, Pharmaceuticals, Medical, Aerospace and Military in the lead.

With Net Wealth and Holding at Second Largest by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) behind China. Having Formed Free Trade Agreements with several Countries. The United States of America is the Worlds Largest Importer and the Second Largest Exporter. Main Import Partners: European Union, Mexico, Canada, Japan.

Stock Inward: $156.3 Billion, Stock Outward: $92.8 Billion. Foreign Reserves: $41.8 Billion. The United States has the worlds highest number of Billionaires, with a total wealth of $3.0 Trillion. The Average Gross Salary is unbelievably $63,093.

The Conglomerate Status of The United States of America are more than able to Resolve Issues surrounding Involuntary Free Labor throughout the Generations and Provide Compensation, Reparation & Mental Health Infrastructure, for the ongoing and Rapid Descent and Decline of African American People and their Communities.

Resolution...Recompense immediately in Health Care and Mental Health Care, Beginning with an infrastructure plan to Heal and Repair the Health, Mental and Emotional State of Black and African American people of the United States of America and Abroad. Chronic Mental Health Issues pertaining to being in a Constant state of Mental Distress, Worry, Fear, Hopelessness and the Debilitating Effects of Post Traumatic Syndrome, along with Inherited Factors & Traits Detailing an Overall Outline of Instilled Fear and Poverty Mentality.

If Reparation, Compensation is not Appeased, We as Black people in this Nation will continue to Decline and Deteriorate in Community Structure, Family Unit and Values with Morale and Morality in Jeopardy. This should not be a long and Drawn out matter.

We Feel that The United States Of America, Has No Remorse.

We Feel that the United States Of America, Would Rather Continue to Persuade, The African American People Of African Origin and Ancestry to Let it go, Move on, Forget about it, Take it in Stride, Be Flexible And Roll With The Punch...So to Speak.

How do you Accept A Sucker Punch? No question here, It is A Statement.

*Contravening the "40 Acres and a Mule" Order, Proclaimed by "Union General William Tecumseh Sherman" on January 16,1865, during the American Civil War, This Order, was supposed to Allot Land to Freed Families in Plots of Land no Larger than 40 Acres, lol.

After Lincoln's Assassination on April 15,1865, the Order was Reversed and the Land, that was "given" to Black families was Rescinded and Returned to Caucasian (White) Confederates, and 155 years later The "40 Acres and a Mule" Order, Remains Unaddressed, Shrugged off and Totally Disregarded. 

This Particular Allotment Order should be a Automatic Given, Along with Every other Compensation, Stipend, Reparation, that is *Owed and that will be Decreed as Reparation...To the African American Families Residing in the United States of America whose Ancestors and Relatives Were Enslaved.

Man, Woman and Child Were Driven as Animals.

Legally Labeled as LABOR STOCK, Brought and Sold Away from their Loved ones, into Involuntary Free Servitude, Slavery and Savage and Cruel Labor to Fuel and Prosper the United States of America and its Economy, as a Whole. 

We The People Stand now...

We The People Are Aware, and We Are becoming Aware of the Fact that We have Not Ever, Received an Apology. We want a Proper Apology.

We Feel that an Apology would be a Step, in the Right Direction and begin the Process of a True & Peaceful Resolve.

We Stand, for Reparations *Owed, in Each and Every Matter and Form that has been Denied to We The People Of African Origin and Ancestry, Our Ancestors and Relatives, Man, Woman and Child.

We The People have been Cornered, and are no longer in Awe of the Unjustifiable, Archaic Rule & Reign of The Government of the United States of America nor the Entertainment of your Political System.

Reparation is Irrefutably Justifiable Due To Irreparable Harm. We Are Injured. There Should Not Be Any Hesitation or Delay.
