So we all know the Govenor has lifted restrictions of the 50% capacity however the mayor is still sitting steady in his stance. 

The numbers are fluctuating yes, keep in mind someone can be tested 2-3 times or more depending on the situations and those seem to be included in the numbers you may tesg postive tues and want to check again Friday thats 2 tests.
