Who is affected?
I am one of many people who have been silenced, intimidated, and falsely accused after exposing serious wrongdoing within Derbyshire Police and NHS systems. I gathered evidence of potential racketeering — including false diagnoses, abuse of public powers, and coordinated efforts to discredit whistle-blowers. When I tried to submit this evidence to the police, they refused to take it.

Soon after, I was arrested on a false sexual assault charge. The same evidence file — stored on a USB keychain — was taken from me during custody, accessed without my consent, and then denied. The case was built on tampered CCTV footage.

My solicitor gave me misleading advice, steered me away from Crown Court (where evidence would be properly examined), and dropped my case just as I began exposing the video manipulation. The entire legal and complaint system failed me at every level.

Even Staffordshire Police raised concerns about my case and escalated it to Derbyshire Police — yet nothing was done. That silence speaks volumes.

This petition speaks not just for me, but for anyone who has been ignored, dismissed, or punished for asking the system to do its job.

 
What is at stake?
If this is allowed to continue, police officers and public officials will keep abusing their power without consequence. It sets a dangerous precedent: if you expose wrongdoing, you can be discredited, silenced — or erased.

The right to a fair investigation, legal representation, and protection under the law is being quietly dismantled. And it’s not just me. We’ve seen public cases where police failures led to tragedies — and still, nothing changes.

But I’m not just fighting a system. I lost everything during this process.

My family was torn apart — directly connected to this case.
My self-employment collapsed after repeated van sabotage and intimidation.
My official record has been smeared — with no proof, no fair process, and no investigation.

Why is now the time to act?
I’ve followed every legal and official route. I’ve documented the evidence — names, dates, files. Yet every institution has looked the other way. If we don’t act now, those responsible will stay in power — and others will be next.
