Recently in Malaysia stray dogs and the puppies are shot by a men. It’s a animal abuse thing nobody has rights to punish animals either they should complain to the organisation are in charge instead of punishing it by himself (shot to death). I saw this as a video how cruel a human can be to animals until killing it it’s not safe maybe he has issues because of the animal it may irritate him until he don’t even flinch to kill it. Should I say if his neighbour or any other human disturb him he won’t even think a second he can do the same cruelty. As a Malaysian I would like to do this petition to the organisation called as (department of veterinary services) and (Malaysian animal welfare organisation). I hope something like this won’t happen again. The men who shot the dog must be punished for the crime animal abuse is such a cruelty that have to be punished. Arrest the guy who did this thing how a human can be this cruel to an animal. This is not the way to solve the problem by killing it there’s are proper ways to do it. I’m against this cruelty to animal can’t happen we should not support this and I would like to talk bout the video they taking video of shooting the stray dog  it’s violence content can’t be enjoyed but they did. How did he can have a gun? Who gave him rights to kill an animal (dog)? There are a lot of questions is up . Personally it makes me sad I want to please the certain organisations to take the perfect decisions. We must prevent this a stuff like this can’t happen again. Thank you.
