STOP our tax refunds are being ripped from us! If you make under even 10 grand that year, have a financial hardship that is not only eviction or foreclosure, and/or on assistance your refund should NOT be taken from you! There is no notice of this happening when filling, or during entire time of checking till a few days of your expected date. This also gives you no time to try to see if there are any options to you! There are many reasons things get passed us. We are all human, we should not be treated poorly, nor be pushed under a rug.

Having your entire refund taken from you!

Especially, when your taxes you paid get refunded back to you, AND then to be taken again should be illegal. You have the right to receive the money you paid in taxes if your under the limit! To have so many of our rights ripped from us in seconds due to an offset should be Illegal! Tax refunds are not counted as income! Tax refunds should not legally be allowed to be garnished under any circumstances!

How did America get away with this back in 2016!

Now it is catching up with many of us! Companies DO NOT provide options when trying to reduce a payment, or provide alternatives when needed. Instead they ARE allowed to phone us a number of times a day, be rude, and NOW take our tax refunds!
