To hold MetroMart and other online grocery shopping accountable for their actions

The Issue

Online grocery and other sellers should be held accountable for best practices. In this pandemic people rely on them heavily for essentials and delays without advice and communication adds to the frustration and anxiety of consumers. They should provide working telephone numbers so that people can reach out and not left hanging when  items will come. This has to end! We are frustrated over this incompetence and while consumers has been understanding of the situation, MetroMart Philippines and other online sellers should be understanding too that by leaving people in the dark as to deliveries and ever changing of schedule without notice has to stop. 
We want better service.
