We seek the help of the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines to resolve the numerous customer complaints againts Big Bad Wolf and their Philippine partner who helped promote this event.

Big Bad Wolf must refund all customers if they are unable to deliver orders. Each day of delay must constitute a penalty fee they have to pay the customer.
