A National Play Irish Artists Week on all Irish radio stations

0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!

Today, we are in a golden era for music being produced and released by Irish musicians and artists. The quality and variety of music being developed on this island of ours is second to none.

Unfortunately, at the moment the opportunities for musicians to have their work appreciated is limited and compounded by the lack of Irish music being played on national radio and television stations.

I want to campaign for an Irish Artist Music week on the national airways, this will serve three main purposes

  1. Provide the artists with important exposure
  2. Provide valuable funds to the artists in terms of royalties and halo sales brought about through exposure.
  3. Develop an appreciation of Irish talent, and foster a better understanding between the artist and listener.

Music has always been at the forefront of Irish culture and it is vital that we protect  this valuable resource. So please help this cause by signing.

Regards

Ben
