I was using GTPL Internet Connection and I have paid them 3300 for 6 months. They committed me 30MBPS Plan which was hardly providing 2MBPS speed. I have raised so many complaints then after they agreed to provide me a refund. They provided me a refund of 1448 Rupees. But I should get the full refund as their internet was not in usable condition and another thing is I raised my voice from day 1 of getting a connection. They took around 2+ month to decide to provide me a refund. So why should I have to pay this cost? Why should I have you pay for nonworking services?
