My boyfriend and loving caregiver (I am a quadriplegic in a wheelchair who is paralyzed from the shoulders down.) had no choice but to stop going to college because our food benefits were drasticly reduced when he enrolled in school. 

Thousands if not millions of people depend on the government for their daily source of nourishment including those in poverty, the disabled, and the elderly. But when one of those individuals signs up for school, their benefits are reduced to nothing. Why are U. S. Citizens being punished for trying to get an education which could lead to employment? Please sign this pettition with me and demand that the Department of Social Services lift this restriction on food stamps.
