Contractualization is a temporary job employment that only last for 3 to 6 months. The employee don't get as much benefits as regularized employee.

    This utterly unjust treatment of our fellow filipino people have been tolerated for years without cease. We filipinos must wake up and fight for our economical justice and our rights. As a student who cares about Filipino workers who work hard for their family, we want to fight for their rights to have a permanent occupation. We want to be the voice of the people and we are hoping to be heard.
