Too often victims of heinous crimes do not get the justice that is deserved. Criminals that commit theses crimes such as murder, and crimes of sexual nature often do not get the maximum penalty. If they do, they sit in prison on the taxpayers dollars and some unfortunately get released to commit these crimes of heinous nature again either with "good behavior" or because the prison systems are at maximum capacity. The victims of these crimes still have to live with what has been done, and it can and has ruined families, jobs and relationships as well as the victims trust of people and society. 

To solve the over capacity of the prison system and repeat offences of these heinous crimes I wholeheartedly believe that public hangings should be brought back into place. These criminals of heinous nature should have to face the community and be hung for their crimes. It is a lot more cost effective than lethal injection, as well as quick and efficient.

For those who do not support this or wish to not see the hanging it is very simple do not participate.

I do know that part of this great Nation still has old fashioned values and believes that Justice should be served and it should be quick and efficient.  

I also believe this method should be reserved for heinous crimes such as pedophilia, murder,  homicide and other crimes of sexual nature and not for the petty crimes. 

This hits a personal spot for me as I know several people who have been victims of these heinous crimes including myself. We the people deserve to have justice and hopefully eventually can get closure and move on with our lives.
