Return Jeffrey Epstein's Properties to Indigenous Peoples

Return Jeffrey Epstein's Properties to Indigenous Peoples
The Issue
Even following the death of Jeffery Epstein, the properties and estates he owned remain under his name. What should follow this has been disputed and has been subject to dubious conditions. Most notably these include the Great and Little Saint James Islands (previously Kalingo and Taino territory) and the Zorro Ranch (Pueblos groups and Jicarilla and Mescalero Apache territory). Rather than placing these properties back on the market, they should be returned to the Indigenous groups that have resided on these lands for the last few millennia prior to removal and colonization and that would like to reclaim ownership to them.
The New Mexico property has already received some attention from the local, state, and federal government and agencies as indicated here.
However promising this may be, who should claim future ownership has not been discussed or decided. Additionally, the future ownership of the properties on the United States Virgin Islands have not been publically disclosed or discussed as of yet. These islands should not be placed back onto the market and sold for millions of dollars, rather they should be handed back to the rightful caretakers of the land that claim ownership to them.
Here are some of the websites of the Indigenous groups who previously resided on these lands. You may want to familiarize yourself with their identity and culture.

Not all these cultures lived directly on these lands, some even are partially extinct, however, these are close approximations to those that inhabited the land.
If there are any problems, concerns, or changes needed to the information on the petition, let me know, I would gladly amend it. I also do not belong to or identify with any of these specific Indigenous groups, so if you do and would like this also to be altered in some way, you will be given priority.
