Remove youth abuser's name, Reigh Allen, from Dartmouth Youth Centre

Remove youth abuser's name, Reigh Allen, from Dartmouth Youth Centre
The Issue
I was a former ward of the court in NS who was abused by a male counsellor named Reigh Allen. Instead of him being fired and criminally charged I was evicted from the girls home, Johnson House, and notes were fabricated to DCS saying I assaulted him unprovoked. I had a right to defend myself after he harmed me. No police were called in to investigate. I was then placed in the NS Home for Colored Children where I was further abused and maltreated. Reigh Allen continued working with youth and a youth centre in Dartmouth was named after him as he passed away due to a medical issue. Every day I know his name is on a building supposedly for youth care and healing sickens me as he harmed me and got away with it, and I was punished by being evicted and sent to a Home that caused me permanent damages. I want the name removed for obvious reasons and changed to a healing word...
