Emmett Till was only 14 years old when he was dragged out of his bed by JW Bryant and Roy Milam, brutally beaten, and shot. They then threw his lifeless body into the Tallahatchie River. 

The two put a fan around his neck to make sure he wouldn't float.

When young Emmett's body was found--it was beyond recognition. His murder, and his mother Mamie Till-Mobley's decision to leave his casket open--helped to reignite The Civil Rights Movement.

Now, Carolyn Bryant --the woman that claimed Till made verbal and physical advances on her (a crime punishable by death in Jim Crow South) has admitted she fabricated her story.

United States Department of Justice, reopen this case and criminally prosecute Carolyn Bryant for her crimes.
