The people of South Africa and specific Cape Town have suffered long enough with murder rape every day of their lives .The last 30years of Democracy the greater majority cannot identify with it because besides that they can walk where they could never and sit in a bus and train wherever they feel to sit the new evil is you will get rape an murdered specially our woman and children in this country where your home are not even a safe space anymore studies are done meeting been held speeches have been made but the people pulling on the short end the citizens of this country are not listened to laws are passed but that is where it stay no oversite on seeing to it that it gets enforced and applied we say Enough is Enough as Citizens of this country on 16June the constitutional court must allow us to submit our own application and we as the people will present it under the guidence of our own legal team 

Our constitution are clear from the moment we open it the people shall govern.

Unforturenately this peoples right to safety and sercurity and freedom of movement under chapter 9 in our constitution have been violated over and over again with constant lip therepy and justification of there non compliance to protect the citizence of this country as movements and NGO,s we done with boardrooms and begging to be heard 

We The people call on the constitutional court to grant us our right to be heard under the constitution under the law of South Africa as the last body the people can turn to ,to be heard and should not pay to get access to the very court that have been mandated  to protect and serve the rights of the people of South Africa when all have been done 

The woman and men and children in this country are calling out to you that have becomes victims and statistics from June to December 10 000 killed in 2021 in a week 52 murders

As the people we want to be the independant oversite bodies on departments that should serve the people no political interference.

We want to be the parole boards at prisons and ensure that true rehabilitation towards restoration take place.

Why? corruption and political exploitation have taken over at the cost of human life .
