The parents of Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown have been scrutinized multiple times in the past - from Robert Brown demanding a $100,000 signing bonus from whatever agency wanted to represent his daughter, to working her to exhaustion, to allowing her to dress and behave far more maturely than she should.

But none of that holds a candle to what Millie’s fans learned the night of July 12, 2021, which sent shockwaves through the fandom community.

Although it has been speculated in the past that the Browns condone (and possibly even encourage) promiscuous behavior from their daughter, there was no substantial evidence to support the theory until TikTok “star” Hunter Echo did an Instagram livestream alleging that he and Millie had dated (and that he had actually lived in her house!) for eight straight months beginning when she was 16 and he 20. During the livestream Hunter, his friends, and his sister made graphic comments about the sexual activities the two allegedly engaged in. It would be easy to write off the entire incident as the product of a clout-chasing imbecile with a wild imagination and too much marijuana in his system, but there are photos. Never before seen photos that show Millie and Hunter embracing, kissing, and posing together on and around December 31, 2020.

As if that wasn’t troubling enough, testimony from an ex-girlfriend of Hunter reveals that not only were Millie’s parents aware of and approving of the goings on under their roof, but that they instigated the whole affair! Kelly Brown, Millie’s mother, allegedly found Hunter on TikTok after intentionally fishing for grown men for Millie to date, which only reinforces the belief that some people hold that Millie’s parents want her to gain as much sexual experience as possible at a young age so that she can eventually seduce Hollywood execs and land more lucrative roles in the future. After all, it’s no secret that her family has long had financial troubles.

As young as age 12 Millie was attending drug-fueled awards shows and afterparties and posing lewdly for photoshoots. As young as age 13 she was working herself to literal exhaustion, befriending questionable people (see Mark Wright), flirting with adult male costars while filming “Godzilla: King of the Monsters”, posing for InStyle Magazine wearing sheer tops that exposed her nipples (see the video by InStyle Magazine titled “11 Questions with Eleven”, available on YouTube), and having private meetings with Drake. As young as age 14 she was cohabiting with her 15-year-old boyfriend Jacob Sartorius (he lived at the Brown household for several months in 2018) and allegedly snorting cocaine at award shows. Immediately following her breakup with Sartorius, Millie began hooking up with and dating an endless stream of boys and, if gossip is to be believed, men.

Enough is enough. The Browns need to be investigated - THOROUGHLY - by the proper authorities, for the sake of their daughter’s physical and psychological wellbeing. Whether they are encouraging her to be promiscuous or are simply turning a blind eye to it because she brings home the bacon, it is damaging and downright criminal, as well as a form of child abuse and exploitation.

While Hunter Echo should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for engaging in sexual activities with a minor (Millie was only 15 when they actually met), this petition is aimed primarily at Millie’s parents, because they have been engaging in this abuse for YEARS and have not been properly called out.

This petition is directed at whatever authorities - from the federal level to the state and local government level - can property assess the situation and determine whatever next steps need to be taken to ensure that a minor and her nine-year-old sister are in a safe environment. It’s possible that with early intervention, although not as early as it should have been, further damage to Millie’s psychological and emotional state can be minimized.
