Much like Megan's Law, we need a government official nationwide data base that will list to the public the current information, and addresses of convicted animal cruelty offenders. Citizens deserve the right to know whether or not they are living near a person who has previously been charged and convicted with committing a crime/crimes relating to the abuse of animals.
