Mass testing for Ncov19 in the Philippines NOW!

Das Problem

As NCOV19 cases slowly rise in the Philippines in which people are reportedly dying during observation waiting for confirmation. We are appealing to the DOH to conduct mass testing for NCOV19 in the Philippines. 

We ask the DOH to reconsider its position against mass testing despite WHO recommendation for public mass testing.
