People need to understand the importance of what they allow when dropping their puppies of at a pet shop to be sold.

Most of those puppies' new homes do not get checked and therefore many of those puppies end up in shelters.

We need to stress the importance of spaying and neutering of dogs and bitches so that people can stop over populating the local Animal Shelters that are already over flowing with homeless animals. And no one is adopting the dogs because if they buy a puppy from the pet shop they need not do a home check and they can do with that puppy whatever they please.
