"theft" of Copper, Brass and tools. on Jan 2nd, a report was made to rcmp, about possible insurance fraud.. on Jan 3rd. a Rant by the Dump "Manager" after thieves brought all the stolen stuff back.. the Culprit turns into 3 people and 2 cars. maybe the illegal dumping of Auto "Fluff" has stopped, only the dump "manager and John Ross know for sure. the dump now only open to locals on Fridays, so no locals will know how much "Stuff" is coming out from the city..
