a couple days after the fire, the dump "manager" trying to stick to the "arson"... it seems the police report and environmental report, both say arson, so an insurance claim can be made?????  more than 70 fire fighters spend the day fighting toxic smoke, they were exposed to some nasty stuff, that had no permission to be there, another reason to cover it up, they could be entitled to a million dollars or more each,, if the truth did get out..
