first person on site, the day of sept 7th 2018, only sees smoke, not fire, but the dump "manager" and the environmental consultant witness, flames and a trail of gas.... in the news reports, 1 says 8 meters deep debris was still smouldering, another says 6 meters deep... from a tire on the surface, media says half the size of a football field was uncovered..
