Auto Shredder Residue swept out of the back of the truck onto Arlington Road, by the John Ross  driver Derek Pye, from his Saturday September 11th delivery, if any other person did this it would be a littering fine, i sent this picture in to environment, no response. apparently i am just a bother not wanting unknown amounts of toxic Auto Shredder Residue, to pollute my community...
