Load 3, for April 3 2019 that i have pictures of, i worked there, i know the john ross trucks. i was lead to believe automotive shredder residue was allowed, though i did question why it went into a separate receipt book, and why monthly records of it weren't kept, like the roofing,construction debris, and asbestos totals we would do every month, but not shredder residue
