Private schools fees are raised exponentially and it can not be one lakh rupees for LKG

I am living in Bangalore, Karnataka. My children are studying in a reputed school. I got school fee card for next year and see that LKG/UKG school fee has crossed one lakh rupees (Rs.1,00,000/-). Can there be a governing body to regulate the fee structure in the schools so that the school fees are within the limits and not raised exponentially year or year? This problem may not be limited to Karnataka and may be applicable to other states as well. Education can't be so costly and there should be a limit for every thing. I feel it has reached a peak state and government should take quick measures to bring it to control. One more suggestion is that Government schools infrastructure has to be upgraded to meet the current standards and need to be maintained with good qualified teachers in the similar lines of what private schools are offering so that people will think of joining their wards in government schools. Kindly sing my petition if you agree with this fact and looking for a positive change in the nation to make education affordable.
