Expand access to high-quality schools for all children

The Issue

Blaine Amendments hurt families in 38 states. In Michigan, fueled by anti-Catholicism, a 1970 voter-approved measure amended the state constitution so that "No payment, credit, tax benefit, exemption or deductions, tuition voucher, subsidy, grant or loan of public monies or property shall be provided, directly or indirectly" to support students enrolled in private schools. Some families, like the Costons featured in this video, cannot afford tuition payments, and still pay taxes toward other families' educational choices. These legal barriers must be repealed. All children deserve access to high-quality educational options. View video: https://youtu.be/uN8dMHYzofA
