To teachers, i-Ready is just another grade to put in the gradebook. For students, it's time that could have been spent on going out with friends, or studying for Friday's big bio test.

i-Ready is a learning program that has been implemented in school districts across America. School districts spend thousands of dollars every year on i-Ready. 

As students, our complaints are just deemed 'ridiculous' because we're 'picky'. It's time to fight for what's right - how can we get an education if i-Ready is just being shoved down our throats? Enough with the 'exemplars'! We're people, too - stop comparing us to other schools! A program that has NO MUTUAL BENEFITS - like i-Ready - cannot be used to show growth, or 'student engagement'.

There has been no proven growth between students and time spent on i-Ready. Teachers could be using i-Ready time to actually teach in their classrooms - but instead, districts are pushing them (and when I say pushing, I mean forcing) into making their students use i-Ready. We've suffered for long enough - it's time to put a stop to this nonsense - IT'S TIME TO STOP I-READY!

I would rather spend my days doing WORKSHEETS than i-Ready. Teachers ask for '50 minutes and 2 lessons passed', but we have to get 40 minutes just to do a single lesson.
