Stop appeal !

The Issue

Stop the appeal for Daniel L. Thompson Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct the Judgment of Sentence .

This man is the Murderer of our Son James Raymond Vail. He is appealing the right to less time, the right to appeal his sentence and he feels he was treated unfairly. This man snuck into a bedroom where my son was asleep, he stood over him and stabbed him to death in his sleep. all he can think about is his self. Not the countless lives he forever changed, Daughters, wife, Mother, Father, Brothers, Grand Parents, Cousins, Friends. Previous victims of this man! Fear has set in again and the pain of reliving this over again is horrifying.  We saw the crime scene where my son suffered to death 20 minutes. The horrific image will never leave my mind. He has a long and proven history of violence, stalking, assault, and attempted stabbing previous to my sons death. These wonen are affraid and feel let down from the Justice system. Is Life sentence to Long? Should murder of life sentence be bargained?

The Department of Corrections needs to see who supports this and how many people Murder affects. The Victims of crimes and the families that suffer and survive. We live every day without our son, His daughters without a daddy. a Brother and a Son are missed because this man stole our son from us.This murder was thought out and planned.

Please sign if you have ever been a victim or a survivor of a crime. If you are a family member that has supported someone gone or going through appeals. Stop the fear and stop the supposed claim of unfairness. Please show your support. Thank you.
