The Taronui lagoon is a 5 minute walk from the proposed car park. To the left is rocky bay. Surfers can rock hop for 20 minutes or so to get to Eliot's, a treasure for those who are after waves, clear water and golden sand. This pic shows Eliots on a calm summer morning.
