Allow Hamsters in New Zealand
This petition had 37 supporters
Children of New Zealand love pets, and I think that hamsters should be allowed for the following reasons:
1: Scientific research has proved that having a hamster reduces stress levels and increases social skills.
2: They would bring the children of New Zealand endless hours of fun and joy, not to mention stressful adults!
3: Hamsters are stunningly easy to care for, and do not demand as much attention as cats, dogs, horses, sheep, goats, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, and many other animals.
4: Hamsters are not expensive at all. You can get dogs for $1000, which is outrageous, but hamsters are SO INCREDIBLY INEXPENSIVE!
So I call upon the people of New Zealand to make this change!
