Recruit PO's in Reserved list by IBPS
The Issue
About 10 % of the candidates are in the reserved list of probationary officers recruitEd by IBPS. As the bankers are facing with staff shortage during the present crisis due to demonetization, it is high time the Dept of banking and finance give instructions to the IBPS to allot those candidates to the banks, so as to serve the people at this critical juncture . The pressure will also come down for the banking staff. Dept of banking and finance has given instructions to the banks to hire the retired candidates to meet the emergency needs of the public who visits the banks for exchange of currency. Instead of hiring the retired people, the candidates in the reserved list of IBPS are to be recruited immediately as the candidates are young and energetic who can serve the public efficiently and alleviate the problems faced by the customers visiting the bank. So I request everyone to sign this petition and help the unemployed youth, there by putting pressure on the Dept of banking and finance.
