A live animal is not a sack of potatoes. He breathes. He thinks. He can suffer. But to the live animal export trade and the Irish Government his suffering is just a cost of doing business. Every day, right across the world, vulnerable animals are enduring dangerous journeys on trucks and on ships, just to be killed for their meat — often horrifically — at their destination.

A very sinister development is Irish pigs being exported live to CHINA by the Irish Government.

Ireland exports hundreds of thousands of live animals each year to Europe and Africa. CHINAs' distance makes it a sick, deliberate animal rights violation .

Our Government is getting more barbaric and callous, our gentle so called farmed animals or any animal does not deserve this.
