We would like teen prices to be introduced for train tickets. Since the government introduced compulsory education up to the age of eighteen, it has been increasingly hard for teenagers to get jobs and earn their own money. Also the jobs teenagers can actually take on alongside school/college work are quite limited and they are only being paid a minimum wage of around £3.87. Young people are then expected to pay the same fare as somebody who is in a full time job and being paid at least the adult minimum wage. Please share and/or retweet this petition!
