We need to stop our coastline being destroyed by high rise developments. 
The Callaghan Family have filed outline planning permission to demolish the Caleta hotel and replace with a huge largely residential development masked as a Hilton Hotel Project: The plan which has gone to DPC is to build 2 residential towers of 14 and 9 storeys high sandwiching a hotel of 12 storeys. This project will block our view of the coastline with concrete high rise buildings for the sake of profits.

The people will not gain, Gibraltar will not benefit and our coastline should not be up for sale!
