On July 15, 2019 Steven Clifford took the life of our beloved Savannah Millner. He was given a plea deal of just 6 to 20 years. Now, after serving only the minimum of 6 years, he is being considered for parole in April 2025.

By releasing violent offenders so soon after their crimes, the justice system sends a dangerous message: that criminals can take a life and walk free in just a few short years. This not only dishonors the memory of Savannah, but also puts society at risk by allowing dangerous individuals back into our communities before they have truly paid for their crimes.

A person capable of murder does not simply stop being dangerous after serving the bare minimum sentence. Clifford’s actions prove he is a threat to public safety. 

We are calling on the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners to deny Steven’s parole. Savannah deserves justice, and the Las Vegas community deserves to feel safe from violence. Please sign this petition in hopes of violent murderer Steven Clifford to serve his maximum sentence.
