This MONSTER  murdered my cousin. He is a twice convicted offender. He was supposed to do 15 years for kidnapping and assault and only did 2 and a 1/2 years as aplea deal and left prison early. It only took him 6 weeks to stalk,  rape and murder Margaret.  She was in the shower when he broke into her apartment. Her two-year-old daughter Rachel was in a play pen in the living room. She jumped out of the window naked to escape and save her daughter from this animal running for her life. He caught her.  He was sentenced to life in prison.. Rachel should not have to write these letters every few years to the parole board just to keep this animal in a cage where he belongs! Please please help my families appeal to the parole board.  The life sentence is his it should not be passed on to my cousin Rachel and her 2 daughters 2 daughters. It's not fair.. She should be able to move on with her life and not have to worry about this continuously.  Thank you very very much! PLEASE SHARE
