Given increases in student enrollment, Lake needs more physical space.

**2020-21 estimate is based on overall trend data, and the fact that after Round One of 2020 School Choice, Lake had a wait list, and Strive’s first round choice number dropped from last year’s 66 to 58.

Lake square footage: Total 37,730 94 square feet per student for 2019-2020
Strive square footage: Total 25,795 91 square feet per student for 2019-2020
Estimated square feet per student 2020-21
Lake square footage: Total 37,730 84 square feet per student for 2020-2021
Strive square footage: Total 25,795 103 square feet per student for 2020-2021
As Lake continues to improve and increase enrollment, they should be provided more space to provide the additional classes required for serving more students.
