During this pandemic the media has spent countless hours speaking about PPE and the lack thereof.  I myself have witness video after video on social media of nurses and doctors wearing the PPE that has been so difficult to obtain to make videos in their downtime, most of which are meant to be comical. This is a waste of expensive hard to find PPE.  I am working in a Dental Office treating dental emergencies and I am a one man army.  Having to sterilize my PPE over and over again to the point that they break and I am forced to wear something new.  Isolation gowns are being sold at $25 each and N95 masks are at the same price.  The cost to fully protect myself from my patient is about $60 and it is literally meant to go straight in the garbage.  We have 15 employees at home without work because we simply cannot afford to give them PPE to safely work.  I am asking  for the dental fees in the Ontario fee guide be raised so we can cover the costs to safely work.  This will come at no expense to anyone who has dental insurance and truly does need to happen.
