Plant a New Life

Plant a New Life

The Issue

"Let's live and enjoy the greener life"

Our mission is to inspire and to teach people in saving the earth from global warming and climate change by doing it one tree at a time. With every 300 signs in this petition, our goal is to plant a tree. If you continue to cut down trees, listed below are the outcomes:

  • High temperatures due to global warming
  • Loss of habitat for animals and birds
  • Floods, landslides, loss of fertile soil
  • Loss of food
  • Absence of beautiful green surroundings

What if there's no trees left 20 years from now?
Trees do not only beautify our surroundings, they do so much more than that. They are the main factor that supplies the habitat and the foods for birds and other animals. Without trees, people will not be able to exist. there will be no one to filter the pollutants out of air.
When trees are gone, oxygen cycle and carbon cycle will be interrupted because in order to replenish the loss of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Trees are important living organisms which are able to release CO2 absorption. Without trees it would not be possible to recycle carbon and oxygen.
There will be a depletion of oxygen  source simply because as organism rely on the element of oxygen for us to live. Oxygen is important in our cellular respiration, at the same time aerobic respiration.
Therefore, if there are no trees, there will be no agents of life which would be able to recycle these. At the same time, human beings cannot be able to recycle oxygen because we rely on oxygen as the by product of the photosynthetic reaction of trees which are important in cyclic process.

Reasons why we need to plant more trees
1. Trees clean your air.
2. Trees save on heating.
3. Trees protect you from storms and flooding
4. Trees give you privacy
5. Trees make oxygen
6. Trees provide wood
7. Trees prevent soil erosion
8. Trees save the environment.
9. Trees are beautiful.
10. Trees make the world better for future generations.

It’s important to plant trees. If not for the world, then for your own surroundings. If not for your community, then for your family. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of everyone that comes into contact with the beautiful foliage created by the planting of trees.

There are benefits for the small amount of time required to nurture a tree to adulthood. From economic, to environmental, to familial concerns, there’s no reason not to get out there, roll up your sleeves and help us sign this petition for a greener life.
