Since the amazon is still on fire we need to get another rain forest, the reason i am doing this is because i don't want all dogs or other animals (including humans) to die, so here is my suggestion:

Turn Denmark into a rain forest

Why? Because Denmark doesn't have any large mountains so that's a plus. And also they will migrate to different countries and spread their hot dogs.
