At Denison University, President Adam Weinberg makes $450,000 a year plus another $50,000 for a good job. Denison BSAs, or Building Service Associates, only make $12.50 to start. For context, part-time student workers start at $9.50. Not to mention the fact that their jobs are not limited to janitorial duties; they are often miscellaneous labor in order to save costs for the university for the same wages.

We demand Adam Weinberg as well as the Board of Trustees to:

-Increase their wages to a liveable one (increased with productivity it should be $24 an hour at least).

-Limit their jobs to only janitorial work and if they are required for other jobs to pay them as much as they would a specialized laborer

-Give better working conditions and standards

-Allow breaks to be taken when needed

-Make the job description straightforward (no manipulation)
